The electronic drive unit TC110 operates designated Pfeiffer Turbopumps and their accessories. It’s purpose is to drive, monitor and control the entire pump. These Pfeiffer TC110 turbo pump Electronic Drive Units are designed to operate the Pfeiffer HiPace 10, 30, 80, 300 and SplitFlow 50 and 80 turbo vacuum pumps. They provide 24 VDC power to the turbo drive unit while it enables control over all the main parameters of the turbo pump.
