- The AII GPR-1500 GB and GPR-2500 GB oxygen monitors measure oxygen in glove boxes ranging from air (21% O2) down to low levels (0-10 ppm O2).
- The GPR-1500 GB is used for trace oxygen measurements as low as 0.1 ppm oxygen in various background gases. The sensor is housed in a stainless steel case that can be screwed into place.
- The GPR-2500 GB is used for oxygen measurements from 21% down to 100 ppm oxygen in a range of gas backgrounds. The analyzer or remote sensors can be connected directly on the glove box using a KF-40 flange. In the remote version, the oxygen sensor can be placed in the glove box using the sample/calibration module.
- The sensors are designed to avoid potential weaknesses common in typical galvanic cell design. Each sensor type has been specifically engineered to provide the optimum balance between performance and longevity for individual applications. In the absence of oxygen, the sensor will produce zero output. The sensor is linear up to 100%, and in most cases only a span calibration is required.
- For applications with a background gas containing more than 0.5% CO2, the specially designed XLT sensor should be selected. The sensor has a special electrolyte formula that can operate in temperatures as low as -10°C.
