These Oerlikon Leybold Turbo.Drive TD 400 electronic frequency converter controllers are used with the SL series turbo pumps. The TURBO.DRIVE 400 supplies power to the LS series turbomolecular pumps and is used to control their operation. The TURBO.DRIVE 400 is connected to the pump using the connection cord PID: P105458. The TURBO.DRIVE 400 requires a supply voltage of 24 V DC. It is equipped with interfaces for programmable controls (Remote Switch PID: P105455) and an optional interface for serial communication.
