These Pfeiffer DCU-110 turbo pump controllers are designed to operate the Pfeiffer HiPace 10 and HiPace 80 turbomolecular vacuum pumps. It provides 24 VDC power to the turbo drive unit while it enables control over all the main perameters of the turbo pump.
